Publication Information

Austrian Economics in American Colleges and Universities: The Austrian presence in academia is growing in the US and abroad. The  faculty list of the Mises Institute gives some indication of the wide variety of institutions where Austrians are teaching and working, not only in economics departments but also in history, philosophy, and even the humanities.

Walter Block has put together two memo fors undergrads considering economics and others studies at the graduate level.

To assist students, however, the following has been assembled to highlight particular institutions where students can find two or more professors in economics departments who are broadly sympathetic with the Austrian perspective. The list is by no means exhaustive.
