The Mises University, our summer school for motivated students dedicated to liberty, is working to change the climate of opinion. Students learn about everything from the Fed to the importance of the entrepreneur, from central planning to laissez-faire. Lectures, discussion groups, and panels continue from morning until night. The end result is not only educational but highly inspiring. Many students go on to become professors themselves, and provide an alternative to the mainstream.

Students, year after year, say the real appeal of Mises U is the spirit of truth, and the total lack of political correctness.

Mises Academy is the online teaching arm of the Mises Institute, designed to advance the scholarship of liberty and the Austrian School to students of all ages. Combining the Institute’s expert faculty and state-of-the-art technology, Mises Academy offers a wide-range of courses from an Austrian tradition perspective: economics, philosophy, history, law, politics, literature, and is ever-expanding to meet the needs of students who desire to learn outside of the brick-and-mortal mainstream.
