Short Description

The online, refereed libertarian journal of the Mises Institute, successor to the Journal of Libertarian Studies. Printed and ebook editions of this journal are available.

Description

Libertarian Papers is a refereed, exclusively online interdisciplinary scholarly journal. It features articles as well as book reviews and review essays on libertarian subjects. The predominant flavor of Libertarian Papers is Rothbardian-style libertarianism--that is, anarcho-libertarian, rights-based, and informed by Misesian Austrian economics--but is not limited to this. We welcome contributions on any suitable topic of libertarian scholarship, including philosophy, economics, legal theory, political science, history, social/cultural analysis and philosophy, and so on.

Libertarian Papers seeks to provide an outlet for scholars working in the libertarian tradition who are interested in (a) virtually instant publication; (b) no arbitrary space limits; (c) no arbitrary or tedious style or citation requirements; (d) no copyright restrictions to limit sharing or republication of their work.

Editor: Stephan Kinsella
